I have tried both 16 bit and 32 bit colors and do not see any considerable difference(although there is).Which of them will be better to use PC more properly and to safe system resources.

use 16 bit color.
windows xp likes 32 bit color because of its intense graphics

but yes, 16 bit uses less resources.
(or so I have been told)

16-bit high color is plenty for Windows 9x, especially if your display adapter and amount of RAM are limited. You won't really see much if any difference in color quality anyway.
