Comment:

I am running windows 95 on a Pentium 200 MMX Computer. I have a problem with my Icons on the desktop and all the folders in C and etc.
I have tried changing the appearance under the display properties and nothing works. I have changed the color scheme in the settings tab and nothing happens. The color in the icons on the desktop are fading to a gray and the folders under C and the rest and yellow with streaks of gray shade through them. I have tried everything but nothing works. Could someone please help me out. Thank You!
