Hi I have a PC running Windows 98 and MS Office Pro. My problem is When I try to print out Clip Art pictures from Word, only text gets printed out, the pictures I included with the text dont. Even though they are visible on the screen, when it comes to printing them out they have gone. I have reinstalled MS office and still no joy. If anyone could offer any suggestions they would be very welcome. Thanx Olly

Go to tools/options/click on print tab and look at "include with document" there should be a box for "drawing objects" make sure its checked. I dont know for sure if this will solve the problem but its only thing I can find in Word that relates to it Let me know if it is Kim

Found something else too Tools/customize Make sure drawing is checked in there too Kim

Hi Kim thanx for the advice. The PC in question is in a kindergarten that my girlfriend works at, and the kids use the clipart function to print out pictures. Apparently its been working fine until recently but now its stopped working. I will get my girlfriend to try those changes out on monday and i'll post back whether it worked or not.
