ALWAYS been able connected to www.CitiCards.com or www.CitiBank.com for accessing my card account...very handy. All of a sudden can no longer access either of those site. It can access other bank/card sites just fine. Now am getting get nothing. Just that generic IE message of "this site cannot be located....etc" or "operation timed out when attempting to access...etc Just to test, I have disabled Zone Alarm. This began about 5-7 weeks ago. Can anyone help?

Were you able to access the site prior to installing Zone Alarm? What browser and versions have you tried?

When you have trouble on particular websites only, it is usually either their own technical problems or the activity of some anti-spyware type program which has barred access.
In this case I see that www.CitiCards.com has a note on their page about some impending difficulties due to website upgrading. My guess therefore is that it is website trouble, so keep trying.
How recently did this happen? It might suddenly start working again within the next few days.
Make sure you are set at Default Internet security otherwise the second website will not open.
