They make chips, not driver software. Who manufactured the card? What is the FCC ID Number on the card if nothing else.

If you have windows 98Second Edition, then the drivers are already there, or go to http://www.windrivers.com http://www.winfiles.com you'll find them there, just input Cirrus as the manufacturer, there you go!
