i have installed mucicmatch on my older 686. it plays audio cd's just fine but i cant get it to play mp3's.they are choppy. any suggestions on what it is i need to do? thanks, tlr91

Maybe not much you can do. MP3s need a reasonably fast system to play. I think it's something around 200mhz or better needed for high quality MP3s. Disabling unneeded background programs can sometimes help.
