Can the basic font in windows9x be changed?
Example- can I set the default font for all applications to Arial?

You probably have to set the default font in each application individually. WORD for example, uses Tahoma as it's default. Wordpad likes Times New Roman. Other windows aps may use a different font, perhaps even a special font that loads with the program. In other words --no.

display properties, appearence tab set fonts there to whatever you want, you can change, active windows, inactive window,menue bars, pretty much everthing
