HI
i started to have this problem all of a sudden..and dont know how to get rid of it...
after connecting to the internet my msn messenger gives an error wen trying to connect saying "We could not sign u in to msn messenger because your internet explorer
browser could not connect to the internet. Please check your browsers ability to connect and then try again to connect to msn"
When i open IE and type an address it says ..cannot find server..
Netscape is able to connect on the other hand and i can access websites..i want to use IE and msn..if anyone knows wats the problem and can help..please do let me know...
IE is default browser..how do i change that if i want to?..im not using a proxy connection...normal dial up....do let me know if theres a way ..i need to use msn messenger

You can try to check the IE's internet options and go to connections to see how the settings are. If you want to change your default browser just go into the browser that you want it to be and go to the properties.
