Hi Josh
This may sound dumb but have you tried another k/board?

On a hot summers night would you offer your throat to the Wolf with the Red Roses?

Hi Josh,

Dumb question #2: Did he drop or spill anything on the keyboard?

Try inverting the keyboard and tapping it on your desk.

Regards, Bob F.

With a second keyboard, the same keys didn't function?

Try uninstalling the drivers for your keyboard.

To do this, right click the My Computer icon on your desktop, select properties, and click the Device Manager tab.

You should see a list of device types (ie, monitor, CDROM, disk drives.). Select Keyboard and uninstall any drivers under that menu item.

Close the device manager, and any programs, windows, and scripts, and restart the computer with the desired keyboard plugged in.

Upon restart, the computer will prompt you to reinstall the drivers. Reinstall the drivers normally, and then restart again when finished.

I am having the same problems. Only I thought of the driver thing. It is happening on several pcs and laptops on our campus. Any ideas as to what this could be. It started happening about 3 months ago.
Thanks,
Clint
