cd not reading

dear all
my cd rom display the content of cd. but when i reading or listning music suddenly it stop responding and give me error cant read from cd. it happening to all the cd. i tried to clean cd from cd-cleaner cd. but it gives me same error message after reading some time. please help me how to clean manually or any suggesion

It might be that your cd-rom unit needs cleaning, which you do with a cleaning disk available from most computer or office supply outlets.

Similar to a floppy drive cleaner, they are inexpensive and work by "brushing" the laser emmiter for 30 seconds or so. Be careful to use the cleaning solution that comes with it.

I have also noticed that some cd players won't read properly if they get too warm, so make sure your computer fan is clean (I don't mean the cpu fan, if available, but it doesn't hurt to keep that dust-free as well).
