Is there a utility available for download that will "lock" a CD/DVD drive? I have a DVD-ROM drive that I would not like people stealing the disk inside!

I was accually hoping there was something that could UNLOCK my cdrom drive. Its locked, and I can't find the program that locks it. I was hoping there was someone out there that knew how to fix this problem. PLease email me asap at jlepage@telus.planet.net thanks
