I went to load a program through the CD-Rom and the pc shows no E: drive whatsover. When I push the eject button, nothing happens. My kid was playing with Kazaa trying to download stuff. Maybe something there> Help! Thanks.....

If nothing happens when you push the eject button, there's a good chance either the CD-ROM got broken (they are favorite playthings of kids) or the power cord got jogged loose. Open up your pc and make sure the power cord (the one with 4 colored wires) is plugged in securely.

Thank you! I took it apart, all connections seemed good, put it back together and it worked. When I put the CD that the kids were using back in. It locked up again, but then started. ????? It's working now though... again, thanks.
