The file is already on your PC, in the internet temporary, or temp, directory. To search for those, I normally use 'winfile' then turn the flag for 'hidden/system' file on, and search for it in the temporary directory. To make life easier, I normally create a directory called 'cache' ie. d:\cache, then set the 'Temporary Internet Files' to that directory. (control panel, internet).

Hello,
You can do it by using a third party utility called "Snag it".

I have this same problem. I need to capture audio and video being displayed on Win Media Player, but I can't. I tried both the "Temporary Internet Files" cache trick and Snag It. Snag It recorded the outline of the movie window, but not what was actually playing, so I got a moving scroll bar with no picture inside it.
