I just purchased a Zoltrix TV genie capture card, it is not a video card but just a capture card that allows you to listen to the radio, watch TV and capture video from a camcorder.
I have installed all the drivers and the windows device manager says the device is working properly.
I can scan for channels and it finds them but I cannot see the picture, When I open TV genie it says the capture card is missing or not installed properly.
The radio works fine, and I have not tried to capture video yet

Anyone have an experience with this card or any ideas on why the program would say it is not installed correctly but windows says it is?

Any help is appreciated, Thanks

Is there anywhere that the setting of the signal type (NTSC, PAL, SECAM etc..) can be changed? Just a thought.
