capability to read cache files

Can you elaborate on what you mean by cache files please. There are no files in the cache memories on the motherboard, if that's what you are referring to.

There are some advanced debug tools for examining the cache, softice comes to mind and I vaguely remember another tool to display the virtual memory mapping.

There isn't any reason to copy this data, it is just copies of files already on your HDD.

What is it you want to do?

I'm trying to read cache files from AOL and other sites. When opened on notepad or word pad they have few words and mostly symbols.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
