I have an outdated, (I guess) Realplayer. I hve had my computer for lyear. I tried to upgrade, and it says I may be entitled to a free upgrade, but in filling out the form, there isn't a serial number under my initials. (the example Realplayer shows name and under neath should be the serial number. Mine has nothing.
