Can't Uninstall

I have a game, max payne, and i can't uninstall it. When i go to control panel -> add/remove programs and click on on add/remove, InstallShield Wizard pops up and says: "Max Payne Setup is preparing the InstallShield Wizard, wchich will guide you through the rest of the setup process. Please wait." Than, I get a pop-up that says: "Do you want to completely remove the selected application and all of its components?" Than I click OK but that InstallShield Wizard pops up and says: "Maintenance Complete InstallShield Wizard has finished performing maintenance operations on Max Payne". How do I uninstall this game?
I tried uninstall other programs, and it works, so it's only max payne. I tried opening the uninstall filed on the Max payne folder, but the exact same thing happens. Plz help, thanks

from maxpayne.com and http://www.talonsoft.com/techsupport/index.html closest thing I could find was, for it not working after installing, solution was to reinstall it. so maybe reinstall it and then try uninstall.
