can't setup win95

When I uninstal my Win95 which perhaps have some problem, I can't set up it from CDROM, when the setup scandisk was finished, and after I agree the lencense, a warn jumped from the middle of the screen and flared: BOOT SECTION!!! POSSIBLE VIRUS.(continue?Y/N) when I try to formate the harddrive C:, it also appear the warnning at the end of the formating. Therefore, I can't install my win95. Anyone could help me will be greatly appreciated. DUO

i wana know how to format my PC ..i do have the DC for window98 ..and my pc is working okk .i kust wana formate it ,,, plz tell me teh steps and be clear because iam not that god with pc
