I can't see other computers in network neighborhood, and i can't access the entire network either... i can however get to a specific person's computer i if know the name of it. I don't know if i changed a setting that i can't find now or what, but i have no idea what to do.

I don't if this is your problem but on NT networks if a computer does not have sharing turned on other computers cannot see it.
