cant run 98

I install win98se after it runs for the first time i finish the setup and then restart but it says 'Windows protection error.you need to restart your computer.' how can i fix this. also can i transelate my win98 into japanese? -Sky-Tech www.sky-tech.biz

that problem usually occurs because of the video card. try a diff one
