I am having problems printing to a Xerox N24 printer while using Pegasus Opera for Windows. We add the printer as normal and we can print Windows test pages, Word documents, Excel documents, and DOS test with no problem. However, when we try to send via Opera the computer crashes and displays a Msgsrv32(Not Responding) message in the End Task window. This is happening on three systems that run Opera. All use Win'98 and have up to date Msgsrv files installed. To confuse matters more we have 2No computers using Opera that work perfectly and one of these is a '95. The printer set ups are identical on all five. The only difference we have noted is that the two that work have 0kb Reserved Memory on the mother board but the three others have 384kb in reserved memory. Can anyone help as we are running out of ideas. Thanks in advance.
