Hi all, just wondering if anyone has ever had a problem (fixed) where you couldn't print from Outlook Express 5. Just recently re-installed IE5.5 with OE5, and I can't print any of my emails. I've tried printing by using the drop down "File" menu, and also by hitting Ctrl-P. Nothing happens. Any ideas?

right click - select all-right click -copy-
start-programs-accessories-notepad-
right click-paste,
file-print.

Not sure if this pertains to your issue but it's worth a look -
HP LaserJet printers - Cannot Print Outlook 2000 Messages in HTML format
ISSUE: If a Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) format message is selected in Outlook's Inbox and the message is printed before it is opened, the printer dialog box is displayed, but the message may not print. This behavior may be very erratic. An HTML-format message may print successfully before it is opened on the first attempt and not print on subsequent attempts. Or the message may not print on the first attempt and print on subsequent attempts.
SOLUTION: For consistent printing of HTML-format messages, open the message first, then print it.

I had the same problem, or similar. When I printed emails only the from, to and subject lines would print.
The Microsoft site suggested:
(1) OE and IE versions must match (both should be 5.5) - they did(2) the email message has to be opened - it was
(3) encoding must be standard (not auto-select)
This last one is what fixed it for me. The VIEW menu in IE has an encoding option which I had already changed from auto-select to Western European, and this had no effect.
The VIEW menu in OE did not have an encoding option, BUT when you open an email message, the popup's VIEW menu has an encoding option which I changed from "user select" back to Wester/European and now printing works.
