Last night, at home, I posted a new message to a usenet newsgroup. However this morning, when I read my newsgroups, the message did not appear. I sent another message from work, using the same news server account, but that message did not appear either. If I post a reply to an existing message or thread, the reply appears quickly. Does anyone know why I can post replies but not original messages? Is it a news server problem or Outlook Express?
At home, I use Outlook Express 6 with WindowsMe; at work, OE6 with Win98.
