Can't open new window from link

i have just experienced this problem over the past week and need some help if available. When i click on a link from Outlook Express or even right click and Open in New Window, heck even when pop ups and javascripts calls for a new window to open for forums, chats, etc, the window itself opens but the content will not load. i have to stop it, then hit GO from the address bar for it to load. Of course, i am unable to do anything like that from a javascript window opening to make changes to profiles aand pics on sites. Any help out there? Greatly Appreciated!!

Hi,Go to control panel,add remove programs.Highlite internet explorer 6.0 and click add remove button.Menu will come up,check repair and click OK. Just had the same problem. -T-
