Can't login -Netware Security Message 0x00008805

I am working on a computer, and when I try to login, I receive an error message: Netware Security Message 0x00008805
So far I have rebooted, reinstalled the Intranetware 3.2 client and moved the PC to a different segment and none of it worked.
Could somebody tell me what's causing the problem and how to fix it?
