I have AOL and after getting to a website,I can't log on to that website e.g Banks, sprintpcs bellsouth, dishnetwork etc to pay bills.Anytime I typed in my USER ID/PASSWORD and i click sign on,an info comes on that says the website is unavailable or the browser could not be detected. When I try on someone else PC, I don't get that kind of info.I called AOL and they can't help me.I was told it's my computer setting.Need help urgently please.

although I think AOL updates internet explorer, it could be you have an older version that is causing the problem. Right click on the internet explorer Icon, go to properties. If you do not have a delete cookies button next to the delete files button, you have an old version.
