error message says outlook express can't find msoe.dll to launch outlook express-msoe.dll was found on c: drive what do i do ?

You need the Windows install disk or the cab files on your hard drive to do the following:

control panel/ add-remove programs/ windows setup tab/ remove the check from outlook express/ left click on apply/restart your machine/ control panel/ add-remove programs/ windows setup tab/ add a check beside outlook express/left click on apply

Delete the Identities key as indicated in this MS link and all should be well...
