Can't install TurboTax

TurboTax won't install and after following all of the directions given by the TT help line there is an error #103 that says "Required setup.dll file not found". Can anyone help? I tried installing other software which worked fine.

Craig, I had some problems installing Turbo Tax also. It turns out all I had to do was quit my MacAfee Virus software, and everything went just fine. Try that, and see if it helps. Once you get it loaded, do the "one click update" from the Turbo Tax tool bar with the Virus software off also. Good Luck...
