Can't install AVG7; DCOM95 not foun

I am trying to install the new AVG 7. I get an error message that DCOM95 is missing and needs to be downloaded before AVG7 will install. Sorry to sound dense, but could someone please direct me to an URL where I could download this, so I can complete the AVG7 install.
