first,, make sure that you do not have it by going to start menu, find, and type the file name..(make sure you are searching the entire c: drive) if it is there.. try to move it to the folder where the associated program is located..
if it is not there... look for it on
www.microsoft.com go to suppor, then knowledge base..
and search
