Cant find my modem

I am a total novice so any help will be appreciated. I fecently gave my brother my old Packard bell computer running win95. I installed win98 for him and since then can not find modem to access the internet. Please help!

Well the problem seems to me that you have a winmodem and win98 has trouble picking up that modem type. You really need to have the original modem drivers for that modem. You can go to http:/www.drivers.com logon is drivers pass is all
