Hi, i have a winrar file called econxy, inside is a folder called ++¬¦+ͦ+ - XY¦K¢X and inside that folder is all the info i need.
My problem is that i can't extract the files cause my comp can't create that ++¬¦+ͦ+ - XY¦K¢X thing outside the rar archive. What can i do?

Select the desired files and extract to a directory. In the advanced tab select Do not extract paths.

I already did that, doesnt work, i also tried to rename the folder but nothing happens. It seems that winrar cant read the characters.
Any suggestions?

Copy the folder to some other location and see if it will rename then. Use a very short file name. If not use try old fashioned (8 character) File Manager on "the copy". You type Winfile in the Run box. Use File/Rename.
If that fails try renaming it in Safe Mode (try Windows Explorer and Winfile).
