I am trying to change my system.ini file from [vcache] ChunkSize=512 adding a line: MaxFileCache=300000
I add the line, save the file and restart the PC but when I look in system.ini again, the new line is not there. What should be done?

go to START>run and type "sysedit" and use that to change it and see if that does the trick

Check the file properties. Make sure it's not set as "read only" before editing.
