can't download

i have windows95, and when i download something it stops about half way through, goes to install like usual, then i get a message saying file corrupted, try downloading again. i used the repair ie option, even reinstalled windows, no success. any ideas? and rememebr, i can't download anything from anywhere!

Below is the text of the email I just sent you. The file is 1,034kb in size. Attached is Download Accelerator Plus. I scanned it for viruses before I emailed it to you but scan it again to be sure.
