Comment: I have a SCSI drive and I am trying to repartition the drive but it is saying that it can't delete becuase it has a logical partition and when i try to delete the logical partition it says that there is none. it has win98 and it has had NT on it in the past. I have seen this problem before but i can't remember how to get out of this problem.

Reply: (edit)You can use your WinNT 4.0 cd to start the setup process. Then delete the partitions and create the new partitions that you want and continue to the format portion of the NT install. When it asks you what file system to use select FAT. This will format the drive in FAT16. After the format is complete cancel the NT install. After that you should be able to run FDISK and delete and create the partitions that you want.
