When I try to use Maintanence Wizard on the WIN98, the disk defragmenter will not run. Any suggestions?

(1) Just run defrag in system tools. (2) make sure that defrag is in the task scheduler. (3) make sure it it set to the right time (4) delete all tasks then go into maintanence wiz. and RE program the tasks.
