A user in my company (Windows 95, Outlook 2000, dialing in remotely via VPN), is getting "Can't open this item - task cannot be found" when they try to accept a task from another user. I reviewed their settings with them, and I can't seem to pinpoint what's wrong. Any ideas on what I can look at? No one else has reported this problem, and we have several hundred users dialing in and using email.
