i have a BJC-610..every time i try to use it the online lite comes on but when it starts to print the error lite comes on and then nothing..it has new ink

Start, settings, printers - remove (delete) it, then reinstall it, Windows'll recognize it; may ask for disk, but think it has the driver on board (select from list). Make sure the printer power is on, generally one should leave it on always. Hope this'll help!
