i have this printer and admittedly is a few years old... any ways the scanner and all that work fine but when facing the printer the right hand side scroll whell(th4e whell device that rolls the paper into the printer to print on it no longer moves as it should when told to print .. i check for obstructions none- verified the connection all is fine its just that scroll wheel will not move as it needs to as if its dead.. how or where can i a.find out how to repair myself b/get it repaired by someone else if possible c. is it worth getting repaired or just get a new one (if they still make non usb printer you know the old printer cable itself...(parrellel)

Junk it. You can get a new printer that is sooo much better and faster at a very reasonable price. Do some research first. Check the prices of the refill cartridges and how fsat it prints. They still make lot's of parallel port printers. Shop around.

I'm not sure if I understand the problem but ... It might just be a loose setscrew holding the handle on to the shaft.
