I have just recived a canon multipass printer-scanner-fax-copy machine i have installed all of the software and hardware and configured it the way the manual directed me to...i have also checked the system requirements and i should be ok but it will not print anything.Everytime i try to print i get a time out error so i set the time out settings to 1000 seconds and it still won't work even after i set the proporties to maf
HELP!!!

I think You need a "Bidirectonal" printer cable.
Multipass communicate bothe ways.

She's stressed, I'm pissed!
Upgrade to a new computer w/ Win98, & the damn thing won't support my printer. Download all the latest from Canon, & you get everything BUT the server/desktop manager. Still don't work.............

Canon e-mailed me back to tell me the C2500 will not work complete with Windows NT. It will print if you install the BJ4100 driver. I'm not sure abt the other functions. Caution: my computer 'crashed' & ended up having to have Dell reinstall a brand new hard drive. I'm not sure it was from loading the multipass software.
