When I try to send in Outlook Express Ver 5.50.4522.1200, I get a "Some errors occurred while processing the requester's tasks" but the errors are not listed.

Listed is ! Tasks - Send 1 message(s) using my "mail connection', Status - warnings, Connection - local area netw... I sent a email to myself for testing and after I get the error message, the email is put into the Outbox. I receive the Inbox email but it still remains in the Outbox.

I called my server and after running through several tests including disabling McAfee Virus, I was told that my email program was functioning properly and that the problem was probably due to the Outlook Express file.

The initial email I sent when the problem began was in the Send box with the message "Message has not been downloaded" of which I couldn't retrieve. I believe there was a window that noted somethig about low disk space or low memory but am not quite sure.

I can still get email from the outside.

Anybody out there know how I can resolve this?

I suggest you post in the Office software forum for better results.

I wasn't aware of the Office forum. Tried it but was told I could post on only one forum and that posting on multiple forums may result in all posts being removed, so I guess I'll stay here.

In my original message, I mentioned,"Message has not been downloaded" of which I couldn't retrieve. I noticed in the properties of the sent email that there was an attachment to it. I didn't send any attachment with it but I believe I know why an attachment was indicated. I copied a text segment of a web site to the email, which I believe is a no-no.

Don't exactly know what you mean.
After sending a message, it is successful in being sent to the intended receiver but goes to the outbox instead of the sent box. To make sure that it isn't resent from the outbox, I go to the outbox and delete it, successfully. Make any sense?
