Cannot Print Draft Quality in WIN95/98

Does anybody know how I set up my printer to print in draft mode from a windows program eg.. Excel, Sage Line 50, etc... Without the draft mode it takes a lonf time to print a single page of numbers/data - approx. 10mins!!! Please contact me if you know how..thanks.
