cannot play game

I am trying to play a game that reqires the following: Pentium 200MHZ, windows95/98, 32MB of ram, 8X CD-ROM drive, DirectX6 compatible video card w/1MB RAM, DirectX6 compatible sound card, Mouse, Keyboard, 135MB of Hard drive. I do not have a video card or compatible sound card. I bought my computer recently and it is set up w/ WindowsXP. When I run the game it gives me a message that I am running w/NT and I need to have Windows9X. Can you issue more info; Thanks.

XP uses the NTFS file system (as does NT) and not the FAT32 file system of Win98. You cannot play the game on that machine.

techtony, xp runs on ntfs or fat32, so plz be careful what u tell people maria, u must have a video card, else windows wouldn't boot u can right click on the game exe & set compatibility mode to win95/98 in xp any further questions are better posted in the xp forum
