Cannot Forward Emails with Attachments

Comment:
I am using Outlook 98. Once I move a message with an attachment to my personal folder, I cannot forward that message. I can move the message back to my inbox and from there I can forward. This happens with various applications and does not happen all of the time.

Is there an error message when trying to forward from personal folders?
I dont know how far down in the file system your pst is located in but if it is really deep, meaning c:\whatever\whatever2\whatever3\whatever4\whatever5\*.pst... the pc may be running out of virtual memory. To test relocate the *.pst file, in outlook.. services, to the root of c: and try to forward again.
