CANNOT FIND RUNDLL32.EXE FILE??

WHEN I GO INTO CONTROL PANEL THE MESSAGE POPS UP ( CANNOT FIND THE FILE C\WINDOWS\RUNDLL32.EXE{OR ONE OF IT'S COMPONETS} MAKE SURE THE PATH AND FILE NAME ARE CORRECT AND THAT ALL REQUIRED LIBRARIES ARE AVAILABLE.... NOW I HAVE FOUND THE FILE BUT IT WON'T OPEN.. HOW DO I GET THIS FILE TO OPEN AND HOW DO I PUT IT WHERE IT BELONG? I DO NOT HAVE A WIN 98 CD. BUT I DO HAVE WINDOWS 98.. I TRIED TO GO INTO MS DOS PROMPT AND I CAN'T OPEN THAT EITHER, ACCESS DENIED... CAN ANYONE HELP ME???????????????

I have the same problems with kernell32.dll I would appreciate any help I can get. If there is a way to download kernell32.dll let me know please. Thanks

First you should create a NEW post for NEW problems by scrolling to the bottom of the first page and adding it there.
second, you are getting a message about not finding kernel32.dll?? I really don't think so. if it is an error about a "....causing invalid page fault in kernel32", there is nothing wrong with kernel32. it may be the .... causing the problem or something else. post back the entire message you are getting. (as a new post)
