we have a cannon bjc210 that has been running fine for about 2 years, now it is printing out gibberish, i took out old driver and reinstalled twice, still does it, thought it might be the power source, so i checked all plugs and connections, they looked fine, even tried the generic printer driver for text only, still did it, not as bad though, moved printer plug into wall outlet and it still does it, i am using win 95 upgrade from win 3.11 off diskettes. Any and all help or suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated. And i did check all properties and settings each time to make sure they were correct including the spooling options. Pleas HELP, it is driving me mad.

Chances are it's your printer cable. Try a new cable if that doesn't work you may just need to get your printer cleaned. I have a 4100 that started doing something similar and that helped.

I had my printer up and running but I had to discinnect it.I have reconnected it but it is not working. I need to find the floppy disk for it as I don't have one and I need some directions. HELP! HELP!

Have you tried contacting Canon?
I had a problem with my BJ210, and they were very prompt with their reply.
The solution to mine was to make sure that the ink cartridge was seated properly.
Hope this helps.
Frank.
