Yeh we can help......if u explain, properly, exactly what u mean.......do u mean using the same internet connection?? if so ull need to network the two then get proxy software...i think thats what u mean,...... is it?? sharin internet is easy using the phone line at the same time can only mean that i guess??? or do u mean makin phone calls?? actually know thats imposs....

Get a couple of networking cards and some networking cable and attach the 2 'puters together. Whit the fact of your haveing windows 2000 you should be able to use that computer as you would a sern\ver to get your other computer out and on-line. Now if you are talking about using the same phone line and two different modems on the same line then NIX that idea cause it aint gonna work.....
