Try going to IE, Tools, General tab, Hit the button that says to Delete files under the Temprorary internet files section.
Then go to http://home.earthlink.net/~rmbox/Reticulated/Only_IE.html to get a copy of Startlog.com to make sure only items that you want are starting up with your machine. (If you have questions about it's output then post them for reviewing.)
Use Start, Run, msconfig, Startup tab to disable any undesirables.
I am guessing that you are running out of system resources due to too much starting or out of space in your TIF folder.

David,
If you are on a cable connection then go to IE tools, Internet Options, Advanced and under the Security section place a check next to "Empty temporary internet files folder when browser is closed"
Click Apply and Ok.
This will keep it cleaned up for you.

Bryan, Got busy with few things yesterday. I turned computer on this morning, no web pages could be viewed. I have deleted files, cookies ect. In msconfig removed several programs I didn't really need. Uninstalled last program I last put in. Nothing. Did reboot several times. Went into AD-aware 6 and restored 174 on last check and everything came back up. As I am not great at all this stuff not sure anymore what it is. Thanks for all your help. Anymore tips please let me know.

David,
Right click on the StartLog.com file and select Open.
It should run for about 5 seconds and then immediately open a Notepad file for viewing.I just downloaded another copy and tried it with success.
I noticed that you have used a few programs trying to defeat this problem but you do not mention using an updated Anti virus program. Have you?
You can do a free online scan (If you can get there) at Trend Micro's Housecall page.Bryan
