can not make pc to phone calls over the net

I have Acer Entra PC win98, with a CS2434 drivers form Crystal. both the sound card and the modem working just fine, but the problem when i wanted to use Dotdialer "from delta three" to make pc-phone calls, i can not.
no voice at all in Ful dublex mode, and the network disconnects, however in Half dublex mode i can hear the other party but he can not , " i have pressed all the keyboard keys" , the network is much better here.

this is not only with my pc but a friend of mine has the same system with cs2437 drivers got the same problem.
notthing wrong with internet here other friend are enjoying it without problems
waiting for some help

I don't know the spec of your audio card but not all cards can operate in full duplex. Those that can often need to be told to do so via device manager, properties ( of sound device), settings.

used is www.hottelephone.com I have a very old pentium1 166mhz and it works great on this outdated system.The quality is similar to regular phone lines. This company has a choice of 30 countries(mostly european). The service is completely free of any charges
and I highly recomend it to anyone tired of

You can try Centrecom.com, but it may be behind a fire wall as in my country (UAE). It is better to open this site at Netscape, you will see pop up window, just click on place a call and follow further.
Another sites are www.poptel.com or poptel.net, webring.com

I am unable to make calls through net2phone or dialpad even when my ISDN moden and VSNL connection is at its best. It always shows a firewall and returns back. I have Pentium III 600 mhz processor with sound card. Kindly suggest how can I make calls in India through PC.
