can not change homepage

Hello , any body can help me please ! in window , when I click " Tool " ,then Internet Option , I can not change homepage because It is inactive .. I can not click on button "use current" or "use blank " , becaue I want it blank every time I open window... Please help me

Are you using a utility that might disable it. For example I'm using Spybot Search & Destroy. Under its tools setting there is the IE tweaks. In it I find "Lock IE start page setting against user changes (current user)" Currently I have it enabled. If disabled, I can change IE homepage settings. You might have some program on your system that does likewise.

Another thing you could try is posting here in this thread the address you would like to set your homepage too, either I or someone else could then make you a registry file, {or show you how} to set the homepage to whatever you want...
